    OHA should touch base with the UH athletics dept on how to do this and really screw it up, costing them not only the CEOs salary but a bunch of extra money for lawyers and penalties.

    The contract buyout is not a good kind of business contract to make in the first place. AS long as the CEO serves at the pleasure of the Board it will be a volatile position. Well run businesses have strong continuity and flexibility. I sense that Crabbe’s own agenda may not align with the Board.

    My perception is that OHA is so screwed up, anything would look like progress. 🙂
