$150,000 put in crime victims’ kitty

State Attorney General Doug Chin held a news conference Thursday at the Attorney General’s Office in Honolulu. Holding the ceremonial check for the largest-ever contribution to the Crime Victims Compensation Special Fund were Pamela Ferguson-Brey, executive director of the Crime Victims Compensation Commission; Chin; Maria Zielinski, director of taxation; and Jordan Lowe, chief special agent of the Criminal Investigation section of the Department of Taxation.
