Man charged with breaking a woman’s hand in Kalihi
A 31-year-old man was charged with breaking a woman’s hand in Kalihi.
Police said the man, of a Kalihi address, was arguing with the woman when he grabbed her hand and bent it backwards at about 10 p.m Nov. 16. The incident caused the woman to feel pain and hear a “crack.” She was later diagnosed with a fracture in her left hand.
Police arrested the man about 4 p.m. Friday at the main police station. He was charged Saturday with abuse, and his bail was set at $1,000.

allie: Scary in Kalihi.
Catch an release for domestic abusers… Now what? He goes back and kills her? Nice job judge.
Mike, the guy has not even been on trial yet and you’ve got him in court, getting released, and then killing our girl.
Would you like to go ahead and venture how or who will be his next victim, will he get caught this time? Will he go to jail and maybe get the same judge to let him go again?
