Rainbow Wahine beat Hawaii Pacific to snap 4-game skid
Leah Salanoa scored a career-high 19 points and Sarah Toeaina added 15 as the Hawaii women’s basketball team defeated Hawaii Pacific 88-54 on Sunday at the Stan Sheriff Center.
Lahni Salanoa, who missed the previous four games with an ankle injury, added 13 points, while Briana Harris and Olivia Crawford each scored 12 and Makenna Woodfolk contributed 11 for the Rainbow Wahine (3-6).
Hawaii, which set a season high for points and 3-pointers made (12), snapped a four-game losing streak.
VeAnne Navarro scored 12 points for the Sharks (4-2), who had their four-game winning streak snapped.
