The conservative radio talker and Fox News host also says one of his radio listeners called in to say President Barack Obama and Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren did the same. On Twitter Tuesday , Hannity said, “Fact is they didn’t. I humbly apologize. Live radio.”
Hannity is one of Donald Trump’s biggest allies in the media and has acknowledged giving the GOP nominee campaign advice in private.

This kind of shady reasoning has various names. Whole books have been written on it.
The implication is that if we do not agree with you then we are not being honest.
It is like the judge asking the defendant “Have you stopped beating your wife?”
If the defendant says yes, then he appears to be admitting that he did beat her.
I watched Hillary use this kind of shady reasoning about 10 times in the last debate.
I watched her doing it this morning in one of her tirades against Trump.
I am not sure if it is just rhetoric, or an inability to think clearly.
For completeness, by my count Donald did something like this twice.

neither. I won’t support a biased newsprint printed or digital as I can read news from other FREE local news sources. It’s almost like listening to one side of the story. If news agencies would blast negative news of both parties I could live with that but certainly having the The StarAdvertiser displaying bias against one party I’m done supporting them. This guy contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Clinton dealing with Foreign Countries. This all shows everyone how Corrupt the Clintons are. They HAVE reported on the Podesta emails. The reason they don’t continue to make big headlines is that there’s NOTHING incriminating in those emails. Just because Trump and other Republicans with agendas keep saying “Lying” and “Crooked,” doesn’t magically make those emails criminal.

As a former moderate Democrat I remember the ethical manner in which the members of the Party handled themselves. However, the current Democratic mantra…Deny, Deflect and then Defame seems to be the new platform of behavior. Couple this with the blind partisan politic support…that’s why I’m now an independent voter. 🙂
Yes, partisan politics is really rotten, and I’ll often go 3rd party because I can’t stand either of the two major party candidates. In this case, I think one candidate is really bad, a disaster waiting to happen.
Republicans have been worse, initiating their attacks years ago on the presumptive 2016 Democratic candidate (Clinton). They’ve been wasting taxpayers’ money and everyone’s time on investigations and hearings that, predictably, have uncovered NO real criminal acts. Yet, they keep referring to Clinton as “felon” and “crooked” (the Trump factor).
As for Hannity’s apology, it is not a bad thing to admit to your mistakes. However, given that the general public is not well read, and not able to sift through all the noise, his fake story will live on. Now, if he goes on air several times between now and the election to apologize and make it clear he was wrong, that might erase the negative effect of the original fake story.
Unfortunately, there is no third party with much strength or credibility!

Reported Lynch did not tell FBI to stop the reopening of the case cause it was probably due to the Lynch/Bill Clinton meeting on the tarmac. Garrans Lynch will inform the Clinton camp of what the FBI have told her, but you know she’s taking every precaution to not let anyone know of the hush hush words of the meeting besides the Hillary camp. CROOKS, I have no trust for the DOJ or the FBI.
And you trust either the Clintons or Trump? I have more trust in the FBI, but not necessarily the DOJ given the continued interference of the President in its independence.
Don’t forget the IRS! Remember they are the enforcement arm for those who do not have medical insurance…remember there are penalties for noncompliance applied to your tax returns. I have really developed a jaundiced eye on the Federal Government Agencies and most recently the NOAA. I really want to have an in depth audit on $ spend specifically personnel and projects. In addition, their compliance on fair and balanced position on marine animals and mammals under their jurisdiction…perhaps more to follow. 🙂

I think the vast majority of people are just as frustrated and wish they would all go away. I seldom answer my phone because it’s either a political candidate lobbying me for support and asking for donations, an alleged poll taker, a telemarketer, a fraud trying to get my personal information, or some other annoying organization/person. It just goes on an on. And I have to delete half of my emails which are similar or from unknown sources.
This kind of thing surprises you how??? LOL There is very little real news anymore. It is all about gossip and who can get how the first story no matter how unsubstantiated it is. Lie now and ask for forgiveness later, seems to be very popular. Of course with Donald he would never admit a lie even if you hear it come out of his mouth.
