So why didn’t she make the report in Vegas, something fishy!!
The main thing is that she reported the incident. Now hopefully she can be referred to a support network and have people to help guide her to reporting to the right authorities and programs needed to take care of her well being.
True.
What’s up with these so called sex assault victims?
If it really happened, why aren’t you reporting it to authorities ASAP?
Don’t tell me, Bill Clinton is in Vegas already? Yikes! Allie beware!
love to be the detective that gets to go to vegas to further the investigation.
It will require a whole team of 25 or 30.
This will be an interesting case. HPD has no jurisdiction in Vegas. I wonder if the suspect is a Nevada resident ?
Perhaps the suspect is a Hawaii resident.
But alleged assault took place outside of Hawaii, how do you establish venue if suspect is from here ?
reporting it to HPD regarding an assault that happened in Vegas ? Like reporting an assault here to Vegas PD…makes perfect sense
I thought “what happens in Vegas ,stays in Vegas”?
HPD shouldn’t be involved unless the alleged assailant is HPD.
Then they cover it up like the cops that got caught smoking pot and ran from the police. They are still on the job.
and one of them has since been promoted!!!
I wonder if a rape kit was collected? No matter, probably would never get tested…….
So…she was assaulted in LV, flew home to HNL, then reported the assault? Not leaving a whole lot for the prosecutors to work with. Any defense lawyer would cut that story like a loaf of bread. Feel bad for her if something did happen, but, man, hard to prove at this point.
“did this take place in the City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii”…..no your honor….no venue…Kaneshiro’s office will look stupid. More ammo for the Feds to dig into him and his deputy prosecutor. This is actually kind of funny. Feds probing HPD, Prosecutor’s office for corruption and Congress is probing or attempting to look into the FBI, DOJ, and Clinton over her emails. And what is the option, Trump. No wonder we are a f….. country with a Filipino madman yelling at us.
Boy oh boy! SA gives us a line or two of a story with not much info and the results are a whole lot of speculations and opinions. Thanks for the course of ‘Creative Thinking’, SA.
