The Asian Soiree Couture Designs of Anne Namba, center, were in the spotlight as the Chinese Women’s Club of Honolulu celebrated its 88th anniversary with “The Double Happiness Happening,” a scholarship and welfare benefit luncheon fashion show, Saturday at the Halekulani.
