A 75-year-old man was struck by a car at 41-849 Kalanianaole Highway at 4:46 a.m on Sunday.
A 75-year-old man is injured after he was struck by a car in Waimanalo, according to an Emergency Medical Services report.
The incident happened at 4:46 a.m. Sunday near 41-089 Kalanianaole Highway.
Paramedics treated and transported the man to the hospital in critical condition.
