“Caddyshack” was the theme for the Chaine des Rotisseurs Kauai/Oahu Bailliage Fifth Annual Summer BBQ on Aug. 13 at Oahu Country Club, and Dr. Maurice Nicholson, left, Gigi Lee and mom Susan Lee and master sommelier Patrick Okubo dressed accordingly. Susan Lee won the Miss Caddyshack costume contest; Gigi portrayed a gopher — the burrowing rodent, popularized in the 1980 movie, that plagues many mainland golf courses. Proceeds will fund Kapiolani Community College Culinary Art Program scholarships.
