Victim of fatal stabbing in Makiki identified
The Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 25-year-old man who died after being stabbed in Makiki on Sunday as Iosua Faipaua.
The cause of death was a stab wound to the chest.
Police have classified the case as a second-degree murder. No arrests have been made.
The incident occurred at 4:39 p.m. Sunday on Makiki Street.
The victim, whose local address has not been released, was taken to the hospital where he died.
