Judge orders psychological exam of Bieber’s ex-neighbors
LOS ANGELES » Justin Bieber’s former neighbors must submit to a lengthy psychological exam as part of a case they filed that accuses the pop superstar of emotionally terrorizing them, a judge ruled Tuesday.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Holly J. Fujie said mental examinations of Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz are essential to them proving they suffered severe emotional distress as a result of Bieber’s actions toward them.
Lawyers for the Schwartzes argued that a seven-hour psychological examination should not be ordered.
Fujie said their claim of severe emotional distress from Bieber’s conduct was “why it’s even more important (to) have a mental exam.”
Bieber, 22, egged the couple’s Calabasas home and repaid them roughly $80,000 for damage to their home. He has completed probation in a misdemeanor vandalism case filed over the incident.
Jeffrey Schwartz also accused Bieber of spitting on him, and the lawsuit filed in March 2015 contends the singer terrorized his family with loud parties, drug use and aggressive driving. The family lived next to the Grammy-winning singer in a gated community in Calabasas, but Bieber has since moved.

John C. Carpenter, an attorney for the Schwartz family, could not immediately be reached for comment on the ruling.
Bieber’s attorney, Jeremiah Reynolds, said he was pleased with the ruling.

Good going Judge!
The Schwatz’ thought they could just file this and get away with it without having to prove a thing. Now we’re going to find out that they were “distressed” long before Bieber moved in.
Justice system stacked against the nobody and okay for anyone who has money-muscle.
The Schwartz’lived next to Bieber in an up-scale gated community. They may not have as much money as Bieber, but you can bet they have plenty.
They got the Fever of the Bieber.
