Early voting for primary begins in Hawaii
Registered voters can cast their ballots for primary election beginning today through Aug. 11 at selected locations throughout the state.

Effective this year, qualified Hawaii residents who are not registered may go in-person to any early walk in voting location within their county to register and vote. To be eligible to register, you must be a U.S. Citizen, a Hawaii resident, and at least 18 years of age.

The primary election will be held on Aug. 13.
The general election will be held on Nov. 8.
