Bipartisan backlash for Trump, after questioning Khan family
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio >> Donald Trump sparked bipartisan backlash, after the Republican attacked the bereaved parents of a Muslim U.S. Army captain who spoke at the Democratic convention last week.
Critics from both parties on Saturday questioned whether Trump had the empathy and understanding to be president, particularly after he questioned why mourning mother Ghazala Khan stayed silent during her husband’s Thursday night address.
“He was kind of trying to turn that into some kind of ridicule,” Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine said after a campaign event in Pittsburgh. “It just demonstrates again kind of a temperamental unfitness. If you don’t have any more sense of empathy than that, then I’m not sure you can learn it.”
Former President Bill Clinton, who joined his wife and Kaine at the event, agreed: “I cannot conceive how you can say that about a Gold Star mother.”
Lawyer Khizr Khan gave a moving tribute to their son, Humayun, who received a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart after he was killed by a suicide bomber in Iraq in 2004. During the speech, Khan’s wife, Ghazala, stood quietly by his side, wearing a headscarf.
“If you look at his wife, she was standing there. She had nothing to say. She probably, maybe she wasn’t allowed to have anything to say. You tell me,” Trump said, in an interview with ABC’s “This Week.”

Ghazala Khan has said she didn’t speak because she’s still overwhelmed by her grief and can’t even look at photos of her son without crying.
Trump also disputed Khan’s criticism that the billionaire businessman has “sacrificed nothing and no one” for his country.
“I’ve made a lot of sacrifices. I work very, very hard. I’ve created thousands and thousands of jobs, tens of thousands of jobs, built great structures,” Trump said.
Trump’s comments sparked immediate outrage on social media, including from Republican strategists, who criticized Trump both for attacking a mourning mother and because many considered them racist and anti-Muslim.
Senior Republican leaders, including House Speaker Paul D. Ryan, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, remained silent, as did vice presidential nominee Mike Pence.
Hillary Clinton told voters gathered in a Youngstown gymnasium late Saturday: “Donald Trump is not a normal presidential candidate. Somebody who attacks everybody has something missing.”
“He attacked the distinguished father of a soldier who sacrificed himself for his unit, Captain Khan,” she said. “I think it is fair to say he is temperamentally unfit and unqualified.”
Late Saturday night, Trump released a statement calling Humayun Khan “a hero” but disputing his father’s characterization.
“While I feel deeply for the loss of his son, Mr. Khan who has never met me, has no right to stand in front of millions of people and claim I have never read the Constitution, (which is false) and say many other inaccurate things,” said Trump.
Trump’s comments about Khan came a day after he criticized retired four-star Gen. John Allen and slammed a Colorado Springs, Colorado, fire marshal for capping attendance at the event. The fire marshal, Brett Lacey, was recently honored by the city as “Civilian of the Year” for his role in helping the wounded at a 2015 mass shooting at a local Planned Parenthood.
“Our commander in chief shouldn’t insult and deride our generals, retired or otherwise,” Clinton told a crowd gathered Saturday on a factory floor in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
Clinton has used the days following her convention to try and win back some of the white working class voters that once made up a key piece of the Democratic Party’s electoral coalition. Trump’s anti-trade message has appealed to those voters, who feel frustrated with an economic recovery that’s largely left them behind.
While Clinton and her running mate, Tim Kaine, attempted to sell their positive economic message, much of their strategy centers on undermining Trump, particularly the business record that makes up the core of his argument to voters.
Trump has made plans to visit some of the same areas Clinton is campaigning in during her three-day bus tour through Ohio and Pennsylvania, scheduling Monday stops in Columbus and Cleveland.

Mr. Trump is a psychotic. Everyone with a working brain should be able to see that at this point.
Trumps popularity is reflection of the American mood. Perhaps people with a working brain can’t see the disgruntled masses.
Bingo and especially the biased Media outlets. IMO, they are fair game! The mother and father did not make the ultimate sacrifice, their son did in choosing to join the military knowingly it’s a deadly profession.
The Democrats played their convention on Racial lines whereas the Republicans pointed out the problems people are facing in the USA. America 1st! Not Racial divide! We are Americans! Americans are not groups of individual ethnicities, creed, etc.
The RNC convention played to the fear and cowardice that has come to reflect the Republican Party.
A bunch of cowards who are afraid of everything. Everything. It’s pathetic.
If I were Trump I’d be heading out to Chicago’s inner cities to address their problems personally. The Democrats never did that or for that matter any other party prior. Trump has addressed the lost of jobs and how he wants to bring those jobs back to the US. Illegal immigrants are part of the job problem and economy as he pointed out. Americans 1st! No different than family 1st! Veterans 1st! Unemployed 1st! etc.
btw, didn’t dad allow mom to speak yet? lol
When this “patriot” came from Pakistan the Middle East was stable. As soon as bad judgement and the community planner took over they did nothing in the Middle East except screw it up. Mr. Khan is barking up the wrong tree. They should have had him speak at the RNC.
Pocho – Yes, lol What could be more funny to a sociopath than a mother who was obviously too grief stricken to speak.
Very funny.
You are as ill as Mr. Trump is.
I can see a lot of people who have become cowards – fearful of everything that Mr. Trump tells them to be fearful of. Disgraceful and un-American cowardice, being led around by a sociopath. The Republican Party is pathetic.
you live in a Candy World, I live in Reality.
Pocho – You live in cowardice and fear. It’s sad and pathetic.
How did Americans get like this? How are so many people fearful like you? This is exactly what Bin Laden was hoping for. A fearful bunch of cowards.
How did Americans get like this? Obama’s failed policies. Red Line in the sand and retreat. Be very afraid. Black and white with a yellow stripe. Guess who?
sarge22 – Americans didn’t get like this.
You got like this. You and your fearful, cowardly buddies.
It’s pathetic.
That’s right. ISIS is just a JV team.
“Real World” update on Clinton vs Trump.
The problem for Hillary is she is corrupt lying angry power hungry old nasty woman.
The Secret service detail of agents who had to protect her was considered a punishment detail due to Hillary’s nasty temper and mouth.
All Trump has to do to win is introduce the real Hillary to the American people.
They are not mutually exclusive. Trump is popular precisely because a lot of Americans are both angry and not smart.
Your tag reflects how you think.
You evidently don’t- regardless of your tag.
Kolohepalu my comment wasn’t referring to you it was meant for “what”. I respect your comments very much
Mr. Trump was AGAINST the Iraq war…hiLIARy was FOR the WAR. Get the picture?
Lying to the Benghazi mom of the reason for the Embassy attack
Lying that she landed in Bosnia under sniper fire
Lying that she never emailed SuperSecret info on her personal server
Deleted 30k emails after the fact of the FBI wanting the server
Hillary more than Struck Out with the above.
a LIAR is a LIAR is a LIAR. hiLIARy IS a LIAR.
Pocho,
Looks like you forgot to take your medication again this morning before you got to the keyboard. NUTS! Hahahahhahah!
Who let the dawg out? Call Vector Control.
You meant the Humane Society. Vector Control is for disease carriers such as mosquitos, rats and other Chump like sup–ters.
sup–ters. Superstars
And this has what to do with a draft-dodger that has done nothing in this country except help himself with both hands criticizing the parents of a hero that sacrificed himself for his men?
Who has American Blood on her hands for PERSONAL POLITICAL GAIN? NOT TRUMP. This @media” article is all about POLITICS….get it?
Read for comprehension: the headline says “bipartisan backlash for Trump”- so it’s not “all about politics” except to Chump apologists.
Mr. trump was actually for the war. He’s lying now to cover up that fact. It’s on the record – on video.
He’s lying, and you are.
Yup.. Hillary said it was the video. No doubt about it.
Didn’t Hillary also push for the removal of Khaddafy in Libya (which is now a base for ISIS)?
“I’ve made a lot of sacrifices. I work very, very hard. I’ve created thousands and thousands of jobs, tens of thousands of jobs, built great structures,” Trump said. Wow it is unbelievable that Trump thinks that hard work at his business somehow equates to a loss of a son? He is twisted.
It’s called being a sociopath. He’s profoundly mentally ill.
Well, clearly, he is willing to shoulder the twin burdens of wealth and power that lesser beings would eschew in their selfish pursuit of poverty or death in combat while serving their country. Maybe he’ll be canonized soon.
Trump is an entrepreneur/salesman type of businessman, and good at it. Entrepreneurs like him, while starting up new ventures, will create jobs (because those workers each add to his profit margin). But when those ventures do not work out, or when he discards parts that are not profitable, jobs will be lost.
Does he care? No, he doesn’t care, and he wouldn’t know how to create jobs just to help people. His has no economic plan, can only say “I’m the only one here who created jobs.” But that’s a twisted statement.
Trump is so easily baited into dumb positions. Rather than thinking things through and giving a coherent response he continues to be impulsive and takes embarrassing positions. This is bizzare.
Anybody talking about lying crooked HiLIARy? Maybe she went to see the movie, Clinton Cash or is emailing with Mr Putin begging him not to release anymore emails. Again she is “barking” up the wrong tree.
Trump fans, can you answer these simple questions:
How will he build his Big Wall? How will he make Mexico pay for it?
Does “I’ve created jobs” mean anything, considering he is a businessman who “created jobs” by hiring employees to labor while he grabbed the profits? Has he ever created a job to help anyone outside of his family?
Does he have ANY ability to communicate and work with real-life military leaders?
What is his sweeping plan to end terrorism?
(And try your best to answer without mentioning his opponent. Just answer the questions.)
Donald talks, without a plan.
Looking for answers to all of these question from either candidate.
Attacking gold star families and not even being capably of acting like he has a drop of humility or even knows what it means he goes on to attempt to suggest that compared to the heroes who have given their last full measure of devotion and sacrificed their lives for our country that he wants to say “He, I make sacrifices too!” No one with a conscience or a soul could vote for such a man who celebrates the fact that he has neither a conscious nor a soul.
Drumpf goes on TV and Twitter every day and lies faster than a hound can trot — and this yobbo has the gall to question others?
I have no doubt that Drumpf had one of his people read him the Constitution once. But he clearly doesn’t comprehend it. And he’s a draft dodger — the rich kind who can buy off doctors to get him deferred, just like so many rich folks buy off their doctors to get them handicapped parking stickers, but much more detestable.
What branch did Hillary serve in?
How, exactly, can you keep missing the point of this?
Hillary is not belittling a Gold Star family. Mr. Trump is, despite his cowardly avoidance of the draft with a medical excuse that he can’t even remember now. He can’t remember his medical condition because he made it up.
He’s a coward leading other cowards. A national disgrace.
I find it odd that the mothers of the black men killed spoke at the DNC but no fathers were there. Now we have a Muslim soldier killed and the father speaks and the mother is there and says not a word. Maybe this sums it up…< Donald Trump said, because Khan said “YOU HAVE SACRIFICED NOTHING,” nuh uh yes he had, he had made lots of sacrifices by working very hard and creating “thousands and thousands” of (unpaid) jobs. And then he said how come Khizr Khan’s wife didn’t say anything at the convention, “people” are just wondering, maybe she is not allowed to speak at all, because a hijab is magic, like Mormon underwear, but its magic is taking away the wearer’s tongue like in The Little Mermaid." sarge22 – You can never – not ever, even once – stay on the subject. That’s because you are unable to debate. Period.
Debate???..”By participating in online discussions you acknowledge that you have agreed to the TERMS OF SERVICE. An insightful discussion of ideas and viewpoints is encouraged, but comments must be civil and in good taste, with no personal attacks.” If I wanted to debate I’d find a good lawyer.
sarge22 – You have no knowledge of the subject matter so you cite terms of service? Please.
What a wuss.,,,,
Complements will get you nowhere. klastri is a psychotic. Everyone with a working brain should be able to see that by now. Everyone else is lying. Just ask him/her.
You Miss A Lot of Points. lol
Not a big scorer but leading in assists. lol
The Senate
“…white working class voters…. Trump’s anti-trade message has appealed to those voters, who feel frustrated with an economic recovery that’s largely left them behind.”
News for white working class voters: Trump talks big, but has NO plan. He doesn’t care about you; he’s not that kind of businessman. He has zero plan for every single promise he’s made to you. He hasn’t given it any thought, and when reality hits, he’ll say he was just joking, then leave you in the dirt. That’s what big talkers do when they have no real plan.
Still waiting for Hillary’s plans to solve these problems. Details?
What a terrible man!
Entirely disgusting. The man has no boundary to the unacceptable and can’t even begin to fathom the inappropriateness of his comments. My family, that has many older ones, that are lifetime Rs, are now refusing to even consider voting for him. Maybe because my pops was almost a 30 year Navy guy or my moms brother was one of a handful of men that served in WW II, Korea and Vietnam, or that my great uncle was the very first casualty from Hawai’i in Vietnam.
My point is my ohana understands real service, real sacrifice, what it means that a place at the dinner table will forever be empty. And btw, in our family, working hard is what everyone does and having a job is a privilege, not a sacrifice. What an utterly pathetic man.
Yes. And respect to your family.
Mahalo nui. See, that’s how appropriate respect is extended, Donald.
“Maybe because my pops was almost a 30 year Navy guy or my moms brother was one of a handful of men that served in WW II”. What are their thoughts on Benghazi? They must be disgusted.
Well, they are passed, so perhaps you might want to send a text to the pearly gates. And clarification, he served during through WW II, Korea and Vietnam.
If they were still here the Clintons would not stand a chance. They would be in prison. http://www.breitbart.com/big-hollywood/2016/07/29/watch-clinton-cash-weekend-one-america-news-network/
How come you never post from non-partisan sites?
Name a few and I’ll take a peek. I just want to keep SA honest.
Gee No Trump supporters amazing how when confronted with the truth about the person they scurry into the darkness like roaches!
I’m still here. This is nothing compared to what’s to come on both sides.
How does it feel to be a born loser, like TRUMP. Blind and stupid.
What’s the truth? They made this a race/religion issue. The parents lost a son. America has been fighting wars sine 1776. Thousands KIA, others maimed for life. Comrades in arms. Why insult Trump for his death. Blame Bush. He was the President. Trump is trying to fix it so no more people die. That’s the truth.
hiLIARy was FOR THE WAR that the son was killed in. Mr. Trump called the son a HERO in the war that he was AGAINST.
He was not against the war. He was strongly for it – on the record – until he decided to run for President.
Lying doesn’t help your manufactured case.
Source?
Now we just need to wait a bit until the Hillary supporters realize they can do so much better, and bingo!… feel the Johnson!
Same insults, same people, different day. People are going to change to Hillary? Don’t be absurd. You’d be better off getting blown up by a roadside bomb.
Again, you ever serve Les? You lose someone at your very own dinner table? Yeah, that’s what I thought …
Like I said, we are all chirping in to buy you GI Joe dolls,( or do you prefer Barbies–what’s your preference?) so you can take to the sandbox….
And btw, nice porn photos of Melania this morning released by the NY Post–country is so very proud. No college degree and this, such a dynamic duo….
Ikefromeli, you should be proud of yourself, your candidate and your party. Trash talking. Is this the kind of POTUS you want? I guess so.
As far as family lost. Where have you been? 1 Muslim of 14 dead since 9/11/2001 gets prime time?
Think what you want.
I am talking about you–what have you done?
Again, the equivalence of acquiesce is deafening: the Republican nominee’s remarks drew strong rebukes Saturday — but only silence from several senior GOP leaders, including House Speaker Paul D. Ryan, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and the vice-presidential nominee, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence.
His own VP won’t event defend him….rumblings are that Pence already has expressed profound regrets in agreeing to be the VP—so very telling.
If I was Trump I’d walk away and let Hillary be the next POTUS. Is that what you want?
Is she that much better? Supreme Court picks for cash? Clinton Foundation favors for cash? Extremely bad judgement? Black cities in poverty, crime, corruption? Cops getting killed? Syrian radical Islamists (what’s that) running loose? Illegal immigrants committing crimes and taking jobs? US manufacturing moving to Mexico? The list goes on and on. That’s what 8 years of Obama did.
We ought to take out the trash. Today, maybe tomorrow Trump will come up with something. Meantime I’m going to Church to pray for the Democrats. They are so evil.
Ask this one question: why is it that almost all of the manufacting of the Trump Corporation and Inc, is done NOT within the boundaries of the US and in foreign countries??
Why is that?
Chirp, chirp….crickets, awfully awkward silence……..
Hey ike do you not understand that Mr Trump is a successful businessman and not a politician? The politicians make the rules and the businessman has to make a profit while obeying the rules. Nothing wrong with that.
Yes, you have this ridiculous thought or notion, that a man like this, with NO manufacturing jobs here, will bring them back??? That is beyond silly and ignorant….
You have this ridiculous thought or notion that is beyond silly and ignorant. Like I said. Do you understand that Mr Trump is a successful businessman and not a politician? The politicians make the rules and the businessman has to make a profit while obeying the rules. We need a successful business man to be President to bring those jobs back. Do you have the count on jobs created by HiLIARy? I know she helped the mortuary business.
Total BS Sarge. I teach at a top B school and have had positions at places Boston Consulting, and have a very firm grasp on the reasons why folks have domestic manufacturing or otherwise. To that specific end, many companies do the vast majority here, so don’t feed me this malarkey about that’s what the rules dictate—bottom line, he did it to full up his pockets, and did not support US manufacturing.
So, by way of specific example, here are 10 examples:
1. 3M
3M has been producing the workaholic’s beloved Scotch tape and Post-it notes at its plant in Cynthiana, Ky. since 1985 — and you can be sure every pack of Post-its you buy in the U.S. was made here. The company is also well-known for its sustainability and CSR programs; it has provided more than $21 million in grants for sustainability initiatives through its environmental giving programs since 2001 and cut its GHG emissions by 72 percent since 1990.
2. Whirlpool
Based in Michigan, Whirlpool still makes a surprising number of its products in America. Of the products Whirlpool sells in the U.S., it makes 80 percent in U.S. plants, according to Consumer Reports. The appliance manufacturer also recently teamed up with fellow Michigan giant Ford on a line of smart appliances that help consumers cut energy use.
3. New Balance
New Balance no longer manufactures all of its sneakers and athletic wear in the U.S., but it has a respectable selection of American-made gear. One out of every four shoes they sold in the U.S. was made here last year, according to the company, and you can easily find American-made choices on its online store or sites like Zappos.
4. HP
Most technology companies shipped manufacturing overseas years ago, and while HP hasn’t exactly shunned globalization, it offers a solid selection of American-made PCs. According to the company 36 percent of the business desktop PCs sold in the U.S. were built in the U.S. in 2012, along with 100 percent of workstation PCs. Last year HP also became the first IT company to set supply chain emissions goals and pledge to make its supply chain conflict-free.
5. Rubbermaid
Rubbermaid manufactures an impressive 80 percent of its products in the U.S. Its factories are also designed with sustainability in mind. Its headquarters in Atlanta, Ga. boasts a 12,000-gallon closed loop water recycling system, and the company has reduced plastic waste at its plants by 98 percent over the past four years.
6. Deere & Co.
Yes, this homegrown American farm equipment company (more commonly known as John Deere) still manufactures most of those bright green tractors on this side of the pond. The iconic firm also entered into a $200 million push to launch the public-private Manufacturing Innovation Institute in January — part of President Barack Obama’s initiatives to boost the U.S. manufacturing sector into next-generation technologies.
7. GE
While many of General Electric’s products are indeed made overseas, the company still employs 131,000 U.S. workers and has moved a significant number of manufacturing jobs back to America in recent years. The company also exported $18 billion worth of U.S.-made goods in 2011.
8. La-Z-Boy
Good news for socially conscious couch potatoes, nearly all of La-Z-Boy’s recliners, sofas and chairs are still manufactured in its five U.S. plants. Its plant in Dayton, Tenn., was even named one of the 10 Best Plants in North America for 2012 by IndustryWeek magazine. The company is quick to note that those delightfully cozy chairs still contain a mix of both domestic and imported materials, but at least it’s transparent about it.
9. American Apparel
American Apparel has seen its fair share of scandal, from banned ads to sexual harassment allegations against its CEO, but through thick and thin the T-Shirt giant’s products have still been “Made in Downtown LA.” Centered around its “sweatshop-free” model, the company has also made a pretty solid commitment to sustainability — going virtually landfill-free at its manufacturing facilities and generating up to 20 percent of its electricity needs through solar power.
10. High-end labels from the Garment Center
While many high-end fashion labels succumb to the uniquely tragic scenario of a garment that costs hundreds of dollars being produced under poor working conditions, a surprising number of labels still manufacture their coveted clothing in New York City’s Garment Center. Notable names include Brooks Brothers, Nanette Lepore, Nicole Miller and Jason Wu — many of which have lent their names to the nonprofit Save the Garment Center. Even as new development threatens its existence, the Garment Center still employs 7,100 New Yorkers in manufacturing jobs.
What else you got??? Crickets—huh?
That’s pretty impressive. Mr Trump will make things even better creating jobs that will enable folks to buy homes. Home ownership is at the lowest level in past 50 years. I hear HiLIARy’s pockets are full due to corrupt dealings Big Time.
Gee- good one sarge.
On Friday, the Houston Chronicle made its official endorsement known in an article titled: “These are unsettling times that require a steady hand: That’s not Donald Trump.”
‘Any one of Trump’s less-than-sterling qualities — his erratic temperament, his dodgy business practices, his racism, his Putin-like strongman inclinations and faux-populist demagoguery, his contempt for the rule of law, his ignorance — is enough to be disqualifying. His convention-speech comment, “I alone can fix it,” should make every American shudder. He is, we believe, a danger to the Republic.
It’s important to the note that Houston Chronicle usually endorses a R candidate and has a conservative slant.
And since the alternative is unacceptable as well, isn’t this the right time to seriously promote the third choice?
You speak of Gary Johnson, I have actually worked directly with Mr. Johnson and while a very fit and nice guy….no comparison to HRC.
Certainly true, no comparison whatsoever.
And just to be crystal clear, I’m very thankful no comparison exists between the two. Gary’s proven track record of successful leadership, emphasizing the minimizing of government, was accomplished with transparency and integrity. Clinton’s connections may be far more extensive, yet her documented dishonesty in itself makes her permanently suspicious. It really comes down to the question of who we’re willing to trust with the responsibly of leading us all towards unity rather than further away. With Gary, we can be confident that what we hear and see from him is at least honest, whereas no one, even those supporting Hillary, can say the same about her.
Here’s a little help..http://www.breitbart.com/big-hollywood/2016/07/29/watch-clinton-cash-weekend-one-america-news-network/
PURE RACISM … NO WONDER FORMER KKK HEAD DAVID DUKE IS SUPPORTING THIS I-D-I-O-T … MORON’S DAUGHTER SAID HER DAD IS “COLOR BLIND” … YEAH HE ONLY SEES WHITE !!!!!
Libs can attack Mr. Trump’s personalty and his achievements, but cannot say this about him…”Mr. Trump does not have American Blood on his hands, hiLIARy has Amb. Christopher Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty and Sean Smith’s BLOOD ON HER HANDS, and she LIED TO THE FAMILIES saying it was a VIDEO that caused their deaths. hiLIARy told chelsea it was a TERRORIST ATTACK BEFORE they blamed it on a video.
hiLIARy LIED then, she will LIE again…she has always been a LIAR….the FBI CONFIRMED she is a LIAR.
Nothing will change your mind because you think like the Chump. Scary
Lying HiLIARy …Need proof…Gowdy: Good morning, Director Comey. Secretary Clinton said she never sent or received any classified information over her private e-mail, was that true?
Comey: Our investigation found that there was classified information sent.
Gowdy: It was not true?
Comey: That’s what I said.
Gowdy: OK. Well, I’m looking for a shorter answer so you and I are not here quite as long. Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her e-mails sent or received. Was that true?
Comey: That’s not true. There were a small number of portion markings on I think three of the documents.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said “I did not e-mail any classified information to anyone on my e-mail there was no classified material.” That is true?
Comey: There was classified information emailed.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton used one device, was that true?
Comey: She used multiple devices during the four years of her term as Secretary of State.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said all work related emails were returned to the State Department. Was that true?
Comey: No. We found work related email, thousands, that were not returned.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said neither she or anyone else deleted work related emails from her personal account.
Comey: That’s a harder one to answer. We found traces of work related emails in — on devices or in space. Whether they were deleted or when a server was changed out something happened to them, there’s no doubt that the work related emails that were removed electronically from the email system.
Gowdy: Secretary Clinton said her lawyers read every one of the emails and were overly inclusive. Did her lawyers read the email content individually?
Comey: No.
Gowdy: Well, in the interest of time and because I have a plane to catch tomorrow afternoon, I’m not going to go through any more of the false statements but I am going to ask you to put on your old hat. Faults exculpatory statements are used for what?
Comey: Well, either for a substantive prosecution or evidence of intent in a criminal prosecution.
Gowdy: Exactly. Intent and consciousness of guilt, right?
Comey: That is right?
U.S. Rep. Trey Gowdy
Arf, Arf you dummy…Sarge22 SUCKS!
Hahahahhahahahahahah!

Sarge22, I think you stepped on Dawg’s tail.
My tail is to BIG as in Big Hands and Feet for your’s and his small da kines!
What they couldn’t find the parents of a Christian hero killed in action to speak? That was so political it is pathetic.
The obvious fact that it was indeed an extremely clever moment designed explicitly to elicit the precise response Trump provided in no way, even slightly, diminishes the honor and respect due to this family and their sacrifice, or excuses the inexcusable comments from Trump. As for myself, I extend a “well done” to this captain, and another to the DNC.
The extremely clever moment designed explicitly to elicit the precise response Trump provided diminishes the honor and respect that is due the family. I extend a “well done” to this captain, and disgust with the corrupt DNC.
No, sarge, it does not. Trump has, and still advocates for total restrictions on Muslim immigrants. Being reminded that Muslims, just like Christians, or Jews, have and continue to sacrifice honorably for this nation, is appropriate at any time in any venue. Trump’s response ought to have been the simple recognition of that truth, rather than yet another effort to redirect the spotlight.
Ditto. Amazes me how these Democrats can stomach the spoon fed poop. Let them go. Come November we will be rejoicing in the streets.
They might as well relish the moment. Crooked Hillary can run but she can’t hide her dirty, blood stained linen.
Sarge22,
There you go again smacking your lips and acting smarter then you are. Better to keep your comments to yourself, before everyone knows how ‘dim’ your light of intelligence really is. hahahahahahah!
“Acting smarter then you are.” Impossible… How have you been Huckleberry Hound?..Long time no see….http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x20wj4_1958-huckleberry-hound-hookey-daze_fun
hawaiikone, vote for Johnson.

3. Name-Calling. This is the last resort of bullies, such as NPD/BPD women. Because they can’t intelligently defend their position or their behaviors, they resort to emotionally-based personal attacks. Election Justice USA finds that Bernie Sanders lost an estimated 184 delegates to Election Fraud:
Well, 184 is only the upper estimate considering election fraud.
