Landslide blocks Kailua-bound lane of Pali Highway
A landslide this morning is blocking the right lane of the Pali Highway in the Kailua-bound direction.
Police advise motorists to use caution in the area. A road crew has been dispatched to clear the debris from the road.
No serious injuries were reported.

I believe its “Kailua bound”!
I think it might actually be hyphenated, as both words describe the noun, “lane”.
