Tropical Depression Darby may be bidding aloha to Hawaii, but it’s not quite business as usual today. Here’s a list of what’s reopening and what’s closed in the wake of the storm:

Although the majority of University of Hawaii campuses are open today, the University of Hawaii medical school and cancer center in Kakaako are closed because of flooding and electrical power issues related to Darby. UH medical school clinics in the Gold Bond building are open.

Mayor Kirk Caldwell’s office said that Hanauma Bay has reopened today after closing late Sunday.

The Fort Street Mall Satellite City Hall is temporarily closed due to storm-related flooding. All other satellite city halls are open for regular hours, according to the city Department of Customer Services.

Handi-Van service will be limited today, city officials said, after the Handi-Van lot at Middle Street and Kamehameha Highway was flooded overnight. About 25 vehicles were affected in the flood with 17 were still being repaired this morning; the lot is also being cleared of mud and debris, officials said. They said riders should expect delays.
