Homeless man arrested in Waikiki on suspicion of assault
Officers arrested a 29-year-old homeless man in Waikiki after he allegedly hit a 52-year-old man “with a dangerous instrument causing pain,” police said.
The incident happened at about 4:35 p.m. Friday. Officers arrested the man opposite the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel at 4:53 p.m. on suspicion of second-degree assault.

Where is the defendant FROM?
Time to start asking that question and collecting that data.
Why? So you can accuse people from certain areas of being the problem, even if they are locals?
Build arenas with attached housing for these “homeless” people. They can “work” by starring in “Bumfight” type videos. Proceeds from the sale of the videos and live shows can be used to pay for their room & board.

The only way his will ever stop is when the “homeless” (low life drunks/druggies) start attacking ACLU attorneys and politicians. Maybe we are on to something?
