Keehi boat harbor reopens after contractor drills through water line
State offices, restroom and other facilities at Keehi small boat harbor reopened today after they were forced to close following a water main break.
A contractor drilling fence holes drilled into the harbor’s six-inch water line Tuesday.
Keehi small boat harbor administrative and harbor offices, restrooms, boat washdown and piers were closed at noon and services were suspended after the staff was sent home.
A contractor repaired the water line and service was restored Tuesday afternoon.
