Santa Ana, Calif.-based UFC Gym said today it is adding a third BJ Penn gym on Oahu at the Town Center of Mililani this fall.

Penn, a Hilo native and two-division UFC champion, opened his first UFC Gym in Kakaako in 2012. That was followed by a second gym in Waikele.

The new 30,000-square-foot gym will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. “I am so excited to continue the growth in Hawaii,” said Penn in a news release. “I’ve always dreamed of putting my name on a gym in my homeland of Hawaii and I’m so grateful that I have the opportunity to open our third gym.”
