CHUN AND WONG NAMED MODEL PARENTS

Sharlene Keng Jen Yee Chun, second from left, and Wah Lun Wong, center, were named 2016 Model Chinese Mother and Father of the Year by the United Chinese Society of Hawaii June 12 at the Empress Restaurant. The society’s president-elect Victor W.D. Lim, left, Susan Foo and her husband, society president Dr. Wendell K.S. Foo, joined Chun and Wong in greeting the hundreds of friends, family members and public officials who attended the banquet honoring them for their contributions to Hawaii.
