All lanes reopened on H-1 eastbound after overturned vehicle cleared
Honolulu police reopened the left three lanes of H-1 eastbound near the Waiawa Road overpass shortly after 9 p.m. tonight.
The lanes had been closed since around 8:40 p.m. because of an overturned vehicle.
