Ruiz Dominguez missed the cut of top-12 finishers that advanced to the NCAA Championships. She cleared 13 feet, 6 1/4 inches and missed on three attempts at 13-10 to make the top 12.
Charlinda Ioane threw 160-4 in the discus and teammate Alex Porlier Langlois finished with a throw of 159-9. Both were outside of the top 12 when competition was suspended due to lightning. Both Rainbow Wahine are scheduled to compete in today’s shot put.

Mililani’s Lee improves to 5-0
Six months after making his professional debut, 17-year-old Mililani alum Christian Lee improved to 5-0 with a first-round TKO over Rocky Batolbatol at ONE Championship 43: Kingdom of Champions in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday night.
Lee, who has won all five of his fights by first-round stoppage, forced Batolbatol (5-3) to verbally tap out at 2 minutes, 14 seconds after taking a series of strikes on the mat.
Lee ended the fight with a right hand that pressed Batolbatol up against the cage and then unleashed a flurry of kicks and punches that eventually dropped Batolbatol, who communicated to the referee once on the ground he was done.
Lee’s victory is his second this month and third in the past three months for ONE Championship. His sister, Angela, is also undefeated and holds the organization’s women’s world atomweight title.
