Missing furlough inmate arrested in Kakaako
Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate Glenn Bisarra was arrested by state sheriffs in Kakaako Saturday.
He was returned to the Oahu Community Correctional Center.
Bisarra, 33, failed to return after work to the Laumaka Work Furlough Center on Thursday.
Bisarra was serving time for second-degree assault. His next parole hearing was scheduled for later this month. Bisarra is classified as community custody, which is the lowest custody level.

The community doesn’t want him in their custody. Please put him back in a cell.
Nothing will happen to him as is usually the case. Hawaii is very soft on crime and criminals.
The POTUS by executive order is releasing many non-violent criminals so Hawaii is ahead of its time in the pursuit of justice???
