My friends and I had the good fortune to dine at Kimo’s on Maui’s Front Street, so we were already pretty happy.
Then came the Hula pie.
What made this pie so special was the extraordinary generosity and goodness of ingredients.
Well, there was more than enough chocolate sauce to go around, the ice cream had hundreds of macadamia nuts to ensure that each spoonful was creamy and crunchy, the chocolate graham cracker crust was thin and crispy!
