HPU’s Berland wins PacWest tennis honor
Hawaii Pacific senior Thibaud Berland has been named PacWest Conference Tennis Player of the Week.
Berland, of Lusignan, France, posted singles and doubles — with partner Alexander Meyer — victories against No. 12 Midwestern State and No. 15 Cameron in Colorado last week.
The Sharks are 13-0 and ranked No. 1 in the country.
