Where are their parents? I pray for their safe return…

Weird??? Quote ““They both did not show up for school this morning and their parents are concerned for their safety,” . We’re the parent never in-touch with them once the movie was over?

  3. Jonathan_Patrick says:

Unfortunate as the next 48 hours will be crucial. 12 years old is old enough to be out, especially at school. We will find them soon.

  4. cojef says:

Hope things turn out okay for them. Just starting out in life and apparently there is a lack close connection to the immediate family. Two days have passed until parents became aware of their absence? Strange!

  5. lwandcah says:

Something is missing here. Were they reported missing on Saturday or Sunday? Why no Maile alert?

  6. W_Williams says:

Shouldn’t this read, “Police search for missing 12-year old twins?”

Everyone can understand what was written. Maybe you still think you’re in grade school and think correcting someone makes you seem intelligent but most of us don’t need it.

  7. biggerdog says:

Red hair? How does that happen to a Chinese/Filipino/Hispanic? Assuming red hair dye, could be a crucial detail. Why do they skimp on details?

  8. bluebowl says:

Check their online accounts. Bet they were going to meet someone.

  9. aomohoa says:

They are only 12. Don’t parents drop off their kids and pick them up at the movies any more?

  10. loveneverfails says:

I hope the best outcome for these girls and they will be found safe and unhurt.
As for the writer of this story, you must be so proud of yourself. Go back to school and learn how to write professionally.

Glad they were found. Now it is time for some real parenting.

  13. pohaku96744 says:

Bet they were classified as runaways. Nothing suspicious to indicate crime. My have history.

  14. Jonathan_Patrick says:

No indication of where they live, so Hawaii Kai could just as well be their home. After a debriefing, the parents will know the entire itinerary of the journey of Michelle and Destiny, from Ward Theatres to Hawaii Kai. Those details will be kept private, due to privacy concerns.

Still no indication of the whereabouts of the other teen that has been missing for months, who is from East Oahu. When it’s been that long, all kinds of thoughts go through a parent’s mind, including foul play. If a person does not want to be found, it can be done. Not from a person with a promising future as that teen.
