If you’re a cookbook geek or avid reader of food writing, clear your calendar on the evening of Feb. 18. New York Times food columnist Mark Bittman will be in town to discuss food issues at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
The acclaimed writer will discuss issues that plague the U.S. food system and what’s required to build a system for the future.
