Man charged with endangering child with marijuana
A 33-year-old man who allegedly let a 7-year-old girl smoke marijuana was expected to appear in court today to face a charge of first-degree endangerment of a minor.
Michael Primacio was charged Tuesday with attempted first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. His bail was set at $15,000.
Police said Primacio allowed the girl to smoke marijuana at about 4 p.m. Sunday.
Officers arrested him at about 7:45 p.m. at his Kahuku home.

His eyes pretty much tell the whole story.
I have a story I could tell, but I won’t, even though the statute lapsed about 40 years ago. Still makes me laugh every time I think of it.
If it looks like an idiot it must be and idiot.
Well, I was going to clean the toilet, but I got high.
Why is this man smiling? It must be commonly thought that he’s up on a manini charge.
