After seeing a bump in attendance last spring, UH is expanding seating options for the upcoming Rainbow Warrior volleyball season.
Season tickets and mini-packs are on sale and seats in the Stan Sheriff Center’s upper level will be available for purchase. Seating was limited to the lower level last year when the Warriors averaged 3,671 tickets issued for 17 home matches, up from 2,956 in 2014. They drew 6,311 for a senior night sweep of Stanford and 6,846 for a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation quarterfinal match against Long Beach State.
Season tickets range from $40 for students to $125 for adults. Six-match mini-packs are $30 for students, $45 for senior citizens and $60 for adults.
The Rainbow Warriors open the season Jan. 7 in the Outrigger Resorts Invitational and will face King, Harvard and Lewis, last season’s national runner up, in the three-day tournament.
