Police arrest homeless man in Kailua robbery
An 18-year-old homeless man is custody after a property manager found him sleeping in a Kailua home Wednesday afternoon and reported him to the police.
Police said the property manager detained the suspect until police arrived. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of first-degree robbery.
