Learn how wholesome food can improve your health at “Whole Life With Jin Hirata,” a cooking class at CookSpace on Nov. 7.
Hirata, a macrobiotic chef, will prepare “instant” miso soup, fried tempeh with sauce and nanbanzuke, rice salad with ume-citrus dressing, and sweet potato and banana pudding. Hirata is a health-food educator in Japan and New York.
