Boy, 5, in serious condition after near drowning at Sand Island
A 5-year-old boy was reported in serious condition this afternoon after a near drowning at the Sand Island boat ramp, according to Emergency Medical Services.
After the 4:33 p.m. report, EMS responded, treated the boy and took him to a hospital.
