Man in critical condition after found unresponsive near Sheraton Maui Resort
A 60-year-old man is in critical condition Friday after he was found unresponsive in the beach fronting the Sheraton Maui Resort, according to the Maui County Fire Department.
Beachgoers found him unresponsive in the ocean about 75 feet from shore around 4:33 p.m. and bystanders performed CPR on the man.
The man, a visitor from East Bonney Lake, Wash., was transported to Maui Memorial Medical Center.
