Near-drowning incident at Sandy’s
Paramedics responding to the scene of a near-drowning incident at Sandy Beach on Oahu’s South Shore shortly before 1:30 p.m. transported a man in critical condition to a hospital, according to Emergency Medical Services.
The man’s age was estimated at 40, according to an EMS report.
