A woman robbed Territorial Savings Bank at 1100 Bishop St. on Thursday.
At 8:11 a.m. a woman entered the bank, handed a demand note to the teller and fled on foot.
Police described the suspect as being in her 30s, standing 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighing 160 pounds.
She was wearing a dark-blue jacket with stripes on the arms, black pants, glasses and gray shoes. She was carrying a beige purse.

Manoa house fire displaces 2 ohana
Two families lost their Manoa home to a two-alarm fire Thursday morning.
Smoke and flames were coming from a ground-floor unit when firefighters arrived at the two-story building at 3581 Kumu Place.
Nine fire companies with 35 firefighters responded to the 7:51 a.m. blaze. About one-third of the building was on fire when firefighters arrived. Firefighters used water and foam to control the blaze at 8:21 a.m.
Four people at home escaped without injury.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. A damage estimate was not immediately available.
Hospital worker attacked by patient
A patient assaulted a worker at the Hawaii State Hospital in Kaneohe on Wednesday, police said.
A 28-year-old male patient allegedly attacked the 21-year-old employee at about 7:25 a.m., police said. Officers arrested the patient on suspicion of second-degree assault.
Charges are pending against another patient who allegedly attacked a 44-year-old male worker July 23 and a 56-year-old female worker Aug. 5.

Big Isle woman charged in fire
Hawaii island police charged an Ocean View woman with arson in connection with a Wednesday fire at the house she occupied.
On Thursday morning 36-year-old Emily Smith of Ocean View was charged with first-degree arson and third-degree assault.
The assault charge was for allegedly striking a firefighter who responded to the scene of the house fire on Reef Circle Mauka on Wednesday morning, police said. The firefighter did not require medical treatment. Police arrested Smith at the scene.
