Police arrest missing work furlough inmate
Police captured a missing work furlough inmate about 4 p.m. Tuesday and returned to the Oahu Community Correctional Center.
The Department of Public Safety said DeJohn Williams failed to return to the Laumaka Work Furlough Center after work Friday evening.
He left the center that morning and was scheduled to return at 6:30 p.m.
Williams was serving time for promoting a dangerous drug, and was scheduled for a parole hearing in December.
He was classified as community custody, the lowest custody level, DPS said.
