» The city has hired Steve Goodenow of the Hawaii Investigative Group LLC to look into allegations of improper city dealings with Opportunities and Resources Inc. Anuenue Hale. On Sunday, Richard Borreca’s "On Politics" column on Page F1 and "Our View" editorial on Page F2 said the city had retained the firm Goodenow & Associates, based on information provided by Mayor Kirk Caldwell.
