Georgia O'Keeffe's "Black Lava Bridge, Hana Coast, No. 2" is one of 12 of her paintings to be displayed in a Honolulu Museum of Art exhibit. Her Hawaii paintings were commissioned by the Hawaiian Pineapple Co. Ltd. (later known as Dole Co.) and are for the most part distinctly recognizable paintings of local flowers and landscapes.
