Westbound H-1 lanes reopened after mud and gravel spill
Police have reopened all lanes of the H-1 freeway westbound that had to be closed this morning after a mud and gravel spill forced police to close down all but two lanes near the Waimalu offramp, backing up traffic and causing delays.
A road crew cleaned up the spill that occured around 9:30 a.m.
