Papakolea man arrested for allegedly assaulting father
An argument and fight in Papakolea ended with a man in jail after he allegedly struck and injured his father.
Police said the argument started before 4 p.m., with the 18-year-old suspect threatening his 37-year-old father. During the fight, the suspect allegedly threatened his father and then struck him. The victim refused medical treatment.
The 18-year suspect was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and first-degree terroristic threatening.
