Inmate who failed to return from church is arrested
A 29-year-old Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate, who had taken out a day pass to go to church Sunday but did not return, was arrested late Thursday morning in Waipio.
Police arrested Michael Espinueva on suspicion of second-degree escape at 11:53 a.m. at Ikaloa Street and Newe Place.
Espinueva did not return to OCCC Module 20 Sunday afternoon.
