Honolulu Police said traffic lights at the intersection of Kahekili and Likelike highways are working again.
Motorists had been advised to avoid the intersection because a power loss caused the lights to stop working Tuesday morning.
Police issued a traffic advisory at about 5 a.m. and notified Hawaiian Electric Co.
The problem was fixed by about 6:25 a.m.
