Girl, 9, arrested for allegedly assaulting another girl
Police arrested a 9-year-old girl Tuesday morning for allegedly assaulting another 9-year-old girl in Kapolei.
The suspect allegedly attacked the other girl at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 5 in Kapolei, and caused serious bodily injury, police said.
Police arrested the girl on suspicion of first-degree assault.
Police used absentee booking so the child was not actually taken into police custody.
The case is pending investigation.
