Honolulu residents Tiana Branton, left, and her mother, Marlene Branton, stopped for a photo on Hawaii Street in Fairfield, Calif., during a visit in February. Fairfield, home of Travis Air Force Base, is situated midway between San Francisco and Sacramento. The Brantons noticed that some of the streets in a quiet neighborhood were named for states, including the land of aloha.
