» The late actor James Shigeta did not sing in Hawaii with singer-pianist Charles K.L. Davis in 1951. The two performed as Brion & Duran in mainland nightclubs. A Page B4 obituary Wednesday said they performed together in Hawaii.

» Howard Dashefsky’s "Sports People Hawaii" show will continue to be shown on OC 16. "TheBuzz" column on Page B6 Wednesday reported the show would move to KHON-TV. Also, the first full-length morning newscast on KHON was anchored by Courtney Harrington and Mary Zanakis from 1983 to about 1988, not by Dashefsky and Leslie Wilcox.

» Lawrence Cunha of WCIT Architecture received an AIA Honolulu Award of Merit for his Andaz at Wailea designs. His last name was misspelled in a Page B6 story Wednesday.
