Police looking for Kapolei Foodland theft suspect

On July 23, 2014, at approximately 6:40 p.m., a male entered the Foodland Kapolei, selected items, and exited the store without making payment.

Police are looking for a man who stole items from a Kapolei grocery store on Wednesday evening.

Police said the man entered the Kapolei Foodland at 6:40 p.m. on Wednesday, selected some items and exited the store without paying for them.

Police released a video surveillance tape showing the man with a cart of groceries.

The man was wearing what appeared to be a blue short-sleeved button-down shirt and blue jeans. He had a shaved head and had a pair of sunglasses on his forehead.

Anyone with information can provide anonymous tips to CrimeStoppers at 955-8300 or go to www.honolulupd.org to fill out a “Na Maka” form to provide information to a detective.
