Police have arrested a 27-year-old man who allegedly injured and assaulted two people Thursday morning at a beach along the Ka Iwi shoreline near the Makapuu Lighthouse.

Police said the man allegedly damaged a 46-year-old woman’s car, which caused injury to a 41-year-old man. The man also allegedly assaulted a 48-year-old man.

Police said the attack occurred at about 9 a.m. Thursday at Alan Davis Beach. 

Police located and arrested the suspect, who was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree attempted murder, third-degree assault, reckless endangerment and promoting dangerous drugs.
