Man, 24, nearly drowns at Yokohama Bay
A 24-year-old man was in serious condition following a near drowning incident at Yokohama Bay Beach in Waianae on Saturday.
The incident occurred just around 7 p.m.
The man was transported to an area hospital by Emergency Medical Services.
