Swim series starts Saturday
The 26th North Shore Swim Series kicks off Saturday with the Aloha Salads Summer Sprint, a 1-mile swim from Sunset Beach to Pipeline.
The series includes the Cholo’s Waimea Bay 1.2-mile swim June 28; the Jaco Chun’s to Waimea Bay 1.6-mile swim on July 12; the inaugural North Shore Soap Factory 1.9-mile swim from Laniakea Beach to Pua‘ena Point on July 26; and the Jamba Juice North Shore Challenge, a 2.3-mile swim from Pipeline to Waimea on Aug. 9. All races start at 9 a.m.
Stephen Allnutt and Taylor Rittenberg are the defending series champions. Registration is available at active.com.
