Assault, break-in lead to man’s arrest
A 40-year-old Waianae man was charged Monday with allegedly breaking into the apartment of his estranged wife and attacking a man.
Carlos Alimoot entered the home of his 41-year-old estranged wife just after 9:30 a.m. Saturday and threatened to kill a 30-year-old man, police said. The men fought, damaging the apartment.
Alimoot was arrested and charged with first-degree terroristic threatening and first-degree burglary. His bail was set at $75,000.
