The 13th annual Korean Festival is Saturday at Magic Island from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The festival has been held at Kapiolani Park for the last 12 years, but this year it will be held on the Ilikai Boat Harbor side of Magic Island. As usual, admission is free, and there will be food, cultural tents and entertainment.
Please come visit the KBFD tent for a poster giveaway, the "Stars of K-Pop" booklet at a special festival price and other surprises. KBFD has been sponsoring the Korean Festival since its inaugural year. The festival, organized by the Hawaii Korean Chamber of Commerce, is the largest Korean community event of the year.

THIS WEEK’S SYNOPSES
"Rosy Day"
Episodes 3 and 4
Sunday, 6:30 p.m.: Dah-ae leaves home to prove to her mother that her love for Hyun-bin is real. Song-jung is beside herself trying to find Dah-ae. Hyun-bin finally finds her at a sauna and promises that he’ll take care of everything. They both kneel in front of Song-jung and beg her to let them live together. Song-jung says yes, but they are all going to live together. Song-jung bumps into Min-shik, with whom she grew up at the orphanage. Min-shik’s heart breaks over what a hard life Song-jung has had.
Sunday, 7:45 p.m.: The whole family finds out that Ihn-woo didn’t really meet Chairman Jung’s daughter. Ihn-woo sends Da-jung away but Jae-woo feels sorry for her. Marriage is now off the table in Jae-woo’s family. Song-jung can’t find a decent place to live until she remembers her conversation with Min-shik. She asks him if she can rent the house next door for one month. Young is still obsessed with Song-jung. He’s determined to expose her for the swindler that she is.
"Dr. Stranger"
Episodes 11 and 12
Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Joon-kyu tells Soo-hyun to get engaged to Jae-joon if she wants to move out of the house. Jae-joon puts pressure on Hoon to either give up on the prime minister’s surgery or compete with him two more times.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Jae-joon accepts Hoon’s suggestion of the second operation, but Joon-kyu says the one who doesn’t operate will be the winner. Jin-soo tells Hoon he’ll leave Hoon and Jae-hee alone if Hoon accepts his terms.
"You’re All Surrounded"
Episodes 11 and 12
Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Soo-sun, Gook and Tae-il find Dae-goo unconscious after an attack from the Boot. Pan-seok realizes the Boot was involved in the Masan school nurse murder case. Soo-sun, Gook and Tae-il also focus on catching Dae-goo’s attacker, but the police chief assigns Pan-seok and his team to another case.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Dae-goo, Pan-seok and Soo-sun go to Masan to find out the true identity of the real Detective Seo. When Moon-bae finds out Dae-goo is actually Ji-young, he orders a background check on Dae-goo. Soo-sun’s mother gets involved in an unexpected case when she comes to Seoul.
"Angel Eyes"
Episodes 19 and 20 (final episode)
Friday, 7:45 p.m: Soo-wan disappears, leaving a letter that she needs to find herself. A year later, Ji-woon finds a picture of Soo-wan while going through materials for his volunteer medical service.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m: Final episode. Dong-ju finds out where Soo-wan is through Ji-woon. He goes to the island to see Soo-wan every week, but Soo-wan won’t budge.
